By combining her broad knowledge and administrative, strategic, and operational experience with extensive experience in environmentally focused work and stakeholder engagement, Bianca has achieved a unique position in the energy sector.

She has led line, staff, and project teams and has acted as a discussion partner at executive and directorial levels within and outside organizations in various roles. Her expertise spans different business units and markets, such as energy supply, infrastructure, heating and cooling, and network management, enabling her to easily connect different areas. This unique knowledge and experience allow her to know how to steer the successful integration and safeguarding of environmentally focused work within organizations.

Bianca serves as a dialogue partner for leaders, directors, and environmental professionals working at the intersection of the energy sector, government, and ports on complex (energy) transition issues, and who want to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Her experience in both companies and (semi-)public organizations allows her to understand different perspectives well and makes her valued among and above the parties involved.

She works as a strategic advisor, interim manager, and independent chair in (project) organizations or partnerships. Additionally, she shares her knowledge in this field as an executive coach, lecturer, trainer, moderator, and speaker.
